Terms and Conditions
Promoter Investment: The promoter contributes ₹25,000 to the company in exchange for 1 share.
Annual Dividend or ROI: The promoter receives an annual dividend of either 0.1% or 15% return on investment (ROI). It’s important to clarify whether this dividend is based on the initial ₹25,000 investment or the current valuation of the company.
Lock-in Period: The promoter cannot sell or transfer their shares for 12 months.
Company Buyback Option: The company has the right to buy back the promoter’s shares anytime.
